Returns & Refunds Policy

At Winsome Hen, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A repair solution
  • A refund, if a replacement is not possible

Handmade & Custom Product Variations

Many Winsome Hen products are handmade, 3D printed, or custom-produced. Minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, finish, or appearance are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Customer Errors

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Orders placed in error
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes after production begins
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we are happy to help investigate, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
