Products

Many Winsome Hen products are made to order and may be handcrafted, 3D printed, assembled, or customized after an order is placed.

Because our products are made individually, slight variations in color, finish, texture, layer lines, and appearance may occur. These variations are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change product pricing, descriptions, availability, and specifications at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been processed and production has begun.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Most products sold by Winsome Hen are made to order specifically for each customer.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged unless otherwise approved by Winsome Hen.

Shipping

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Winsome Hen is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather events
Customs processing
Incorrect customer-provided addresses
Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Because products are made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted except when required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
