Thank you for shopping with Winsome Hen. Because most of our products are made to order, please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping, and delivery.
Processing Time
Most orders are made specifically for each customer after purchase.
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days, although processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, sales events, or periods of high demand.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make address changes before the order has shipped.
Winsome Hen is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We will gladly assist with filing claims or locating shipments when possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Winsome Hen is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
